selling Inorganic Feed Phosphates and innovative specialty macro-mineral products for the
animal nutrition industry.

Your main goal :
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will develop Phosphea’s business
activities in selected countries.
Your main tasks :
• Develop Phosphea’s range of macro-mineral based products, to our existing and new
clients (livestock integrators, animal feed and premix makers, distribution
partners,…)
• Negotiate commercial contracts and manage their implementation
• Follow-up commercial contracts execution with various internal/external
stakeholders (finance, logistics, quality, regulatory, technical, etc)
• Carry out frequent clients and prospects visits (up to 50% of time)
• Collect and analyze market information (market study and technical, competition,
regulatory,..)
• Build customers loyalty by establishing a privileged relationship with them
• Monitor customers satisfaction and needs
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account
management within the livestock, animal feed, or agribusiness industry.
Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of livestock nutrition, feed manufacturing, and additives.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Speak, write and read fluently English.
• Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
