The Integrated Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain planning process, from demand forecasting through to logistics execution. This role ensures alignment across merchandising, promotions, and operational strategies. The manager leads cross-functional teams and external partnerships, driving continuous improvement and leveraging digital innovations in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies that integrate demand forecasting, S&OP, and forecast alignment.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, finance, and store operations teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and operational alignment.
• Oversee order fulfillment and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer needs.
• Build and manage strategic vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to maintain supply chain resilience.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive ongoing process improvement and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Expertise in integrated demand and supply planning
• Strong background in operational execution and inventory management
• Experience in vendor management, risk mitigation, and performance improvement
• Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management systems
• Skilled in data analytics and forecasting tools
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with retail and business goals.

• Oversee core systems: Xilnex POS, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, WMS, and central kitchen system.

• Ensure seamless system integration across retail, logistics, and back-office.

• Support omnichannel operations (in-store, online, mobile).

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT leadership in retail or F&B.

• Hands-on experience with POS, ERP, WMS, and integrations.

Job Description

Our client is a leading FMCG Marketing Firm. Currently, they are looking for a Project Manager to grow their brand and outreach.

Job Responsibilities

• The main leader in managing the entire project deliverables – 50% execution and 50%strategic decisions.
• Key liaison between the company and the client.
• Understand project goals to design: team structure, ways of working (WOW) – processes, timelines, PIC etc, field force system, key performance indicators (KPI), incentive scheme, training and development requirements.
• Monitoring and analyzing team results using BI reports (data analytics).
• Strategizing and troubleshooting for solutions.
• Coaching, motivating and mentoring team members.
• Adhering to billing SOP, deadlines and monitor collection from client.
• Responsible for project P & L – billing/revenue, cost recovery and profit.
• Working closely with internal shared functions – Finance, HR, IT, Logistics, Training.
• Growing project revenue by seeking out new business opportunity.
• On ground visits to gather market insights, audit operations and engage team members.
• Organize monthly business reviews, kickstart training and quarterly training.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience preferably in sales/business development.
• Must have experience in client-facing roles, including engaging with clients, negotiating effectively, and managing relationships.
• Experience in FMCG Industry an added advantage.
• Leadership ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Analytical with a keen interest in data analytics (BI background an added advantage).
• Field work required and willingness to travel outstation (Will be covered by claims).
