Job Description
Our client is a global construction and building technology solutions provider. They are seeking a senior HR leader to be based in Malaysia, focused on developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition agenda while supporting broader HR initiatives as Deputy Head of HR.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team across all functions.
- Partner with Finance and leadership to align recruitment with business goals.
- Oversee the candidate journey and onboarding experience.
- Drive employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives.
- Manage and optimize recruitment channels and partnerships.
- Leverage data and systems (e.g., ATS, CRM) to inform TA strategy.
- Track and report key hiring metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and operations.
- Contribute to global and regional talent acquisition projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
- Strong background in employer branding and passive talent engagement.
- Proficient in sourcing platforms, ATS, and CRM tools.
- Skilled in candidate evaluation and structured interviewing.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
