• Experience teaching in the UK or British international schools is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE.
• Proven teaching experience in secondary education with expertise in subject pedagogy.

Job Responsibilities

General Duties:

• Achieve student enrollment targets set by management.
• Oversee the daily management of the school, ensuring operational efficiency through effective administration and supervision of systems and routines.
• Provide leadership and direction to key academic staff, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and organizational philosophy.
• Ensure a conducive school environment by maintaining facilities, updating notice boards with relevant information, and properly displaying student work.
• Uphold the health and safety of students, staff, and visitors.

Academic Standard and Student Welfare:

• Oversee the curriculum to ensure effective implementation, ensuring high-quality education for students.
• Foster a positive and professional learning culture within the school.

Customer Management:

• Engage and communicate with parents regularly to keep them informed about their children's progress.
• Address and resolve complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Staff Management:

• Manage academic staff allocation, including recruiting talented teachers and managing underperformers.
• Ensure key supervisory positions are filled by competent and passionate individuals.
• Monitor language proficiency of teachers to ensure effective communication in English.
• Identify competency gaps in academic staff and implement training and development programs to address them.
• Plan for staff succession to ensure long-term success.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Education or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
• In-depth understanding of school capacity and operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

 Creative & Multimedia Tasks

• Collaborate on creative tasks, such as designing materials and assisting in video shooting and editing, when required.
• Assist in graphic design for marketing materials, presentations, and social media.
• Collaborate with the team to develop visual content that aligns with the company’s branding.

Executive Assistance

• Assist the Director’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Provide administrative support to the Director and the team.
• Assist with ad hoc or personal errands as needed.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Power Point, Word, etc.)
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken & written).

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am to 1:00pm

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Filming and editing footages of the company’s various events and activities for marketing usage.
• Work closely with the Executive Director of Brand Experience to align video content with the overall brand strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and understanding their needs, to create new strategies and ideas suitable for their markets.
• Gather follow up and clarify information for incoming video editing and graphic design requests.
• Ensure consistent framing of messages aligning with the organization’s strategic vision.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in editing video content to create engaging, cutting edge with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in video editing.
• Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines during event turnarounds.
• Knowledge of audience engagement and YouTube optimization, as well as other social platforms.
• Familiarity with DSLR and video recording equipment
