Our client, a leading multinational in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and committed Continuous Improvement Manager to lead their operations and drive excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily performance routines and KPIs to sustain operational focus
• Integrate safety and quality into frontline systems and decision-making
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Lead lean initiatives and reduce waste through structured improvement frameworks
• Champion CI tools such as 8D, Enabler programs, and Kaizen activities
• Strengthen E2E supply chain planning through lean principles
• Build operator capability with training, skill development, and technical certifications
• Enhance engagement and team ownership in partnership with HR
• Map production processes and define key skill sets for operational roles
• Support plant initiatives like Autonomous Maintenance, CIL, and Center Lining
• Promote data literacy—train teams on SPC, DOE, and performance analysis
• Drive leadership capability among line leaders through structured development
• Challenge existing practices and pioneer improvements in systems and quality
• Lead efforts in QA digitalization and automation standards

Job requirements

• Degree in Engineering with strong factory floor exposure
• Proficiency in lean tools and statistical methods
• Experience leading CI in high-performance manufacturing
• Food industry background is an advantage
