Job Description
Our client, a leading multinational in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and committed Continuous Improvement Manager to lead their operations and drive excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily performance routines and KPIs to sustain operational focus
- Integrate safety and quality into frontline systems and decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Lead lean initiatives and reduce waste through structured improvement frameworks
- Champion CI tools such as 8D, Enabler programs, and Kaizen activities
- Strengthen E2E supply chain planning through lean principles
- Build operator capability with training, skill development, and technical certifications
- Enhance engagement and team ownership in partnership with HR
- Map production processes and define key skill sets for operational roles
- Support plant initiatives like Autonomous Maintenance, CIL, and Center Lining
- Promote data literacy—train teams on SPC, DOE, and performance analysis
- Drive leadership capability among line leaders through structured development
- Challenge existing practices and pioneer improvements in systems and quality
- Lead efforts in QA digitalization and automation standards
Job requirements
- Degree in Engineering with strong factory floor exposure
- Proficiency in lean tools and statistical methods
- Experience leading CI in high-performance manufacturing
- Food industry background is an advantage
