Our client is a Digital Solutions Company. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the CRM Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Maximise the efficiency of CRM Software (FastTrack) and data to improve customer’s experiences and performance.
- Analyse, plan, monitor and optimise CRM Business life cycles or activities based on business goals.
- Analyse and optimise digital sales content based on effectiveness and business performance.
- Communicate closely with product, marketing and management teams to ensure alignment of business goals.
- Provide guidance and support in executing digital CRM initiatives, leading digital CRM teams to ensure task effectiveness and achieve business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Degree level or above, Bilingual in English, Chinese (verbal, written and read)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with big data analysing, CRM system/software (FastTrack/SalesForce/SugarCRM)
- Proven record of successful strategy development and implementation in improving business performance using digital CRM systems.
- Fast learner, able to transform knowledge into practical business.
- Strong Analytical skill, data-driven minded in decision making.
- Result- oriented with strong end to end execution ability.
