Technical Bid Executive

Our client is a leading global telecommunications infrastructure provider company. Currently they

are looking for a passionate professional to join them as the Technical Bid Executive.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Support the bid qualification process for new opportunities, ensuring clarity and validation of customer technical and programmatic requirements, and coordinating inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Program Office, and other relevant functions.

• Collaborate with tendering department to finalize bid prices with all services included.

• Ensure bids comply with company procedures and accurately reflect project requirements.

• Perform costing and pricing analyses to support bidding efforts.

• Coordinate with team members to deliver compliant bids on time.

• Prepare Requests for Quotation for vendors.

• Provide input to resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.

• Manage bid changes and ensure customer orders align with proposed bids.

• Coordinate bid status with Engineering to secure necessary resources.

• Document assumptions and present risks during Bid Review.

• Analyze project requirements for accurate bid calculations.

• Assist in pricing and costing analyses for bids.

• Conduct technical gap analyses and estimate costs as per tender requirements.

• Prepare supporting documents for tenders and proposals.

• Understand commercial and contractual terms for each bid.

• Participate in review meetings and meet bid deadlines.

• Assess resource availability and collaborate across functional teams.

• Research and assess risks related to project execution.

• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

 

Job requirements

• Minimum Diploma or higher in Engineering or equivalent.

• Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in Fiber Optic Cable Offshore Projects or Oil & Gas

sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
