Quality Assurance Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client is an established technology solutions provider company. Currently they are looking for a passionate professional to join them as the Quality Assurance Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and implement quality assurance policies and standards aligned with industry best practices.
  • Ensure accurate interpretation and application of quality assurance standards across the organization.
  • Design sampling procedures and establish guidelines for recording and reporting quality data.
  • Regularly assess and enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance and inspection systems.
  • Plan and oversee testing and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Document internal audits, investigate customer complaints and non-conformance, and lead corrective actions.
  • Analyze statistical data to identify trends and improvement areas within the quality system.
  • Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management.
  • Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and ensure staff meet quality standards.
  • Support external audits, evaluate findings, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and manage risks related to quality assurance to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Maintain and enhance document management systems for quality assurance activities.

Job requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or Master's in a related field, preferably in Sciences.
  • Minimum of 10 years in quality assurance or process improvement within automotive, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer industries.
  • Preferred certifications include Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, or Six Sigma.
  • Proficient in quality inspection, auditing, testing, and corrective action programs. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, QA applications, and databases.
  • Extensive understanding of QA tools, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Expert-level English proficiency; additional fluency in Chinese or other languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role.
