Our client is a diverse financial institution with licensed entities specializing in international securities brokerage, asset management, and external asset management services. In order to support the company’s expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as Training

Manager.

As a Sales Trainer, you will work closely with the sales team to identify the challenges they encounter. You will also focus on enhancing their effectiveness through training programs. Your responsibilities include developing training materials, assessing performance after each session, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibility:

• Assess the daily training needs of the sales team.

• Develop a training curriculum and estimate the necessary budget.

• Create training materials, such as outlines and handouts.

• Lead training sessions for both new and existing sales staff.

• Innovate new methods and techniques to improve training programs.

• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees to identify any challenges faced during the process.

• Evaluate results and track the performance of trainees post-session.

• Support the criteria and requirements for hiring new sales personnel.

• Collaborate with external trainers and Sales Managers.

• Keep training materials organized and updated.

• Stay informed about the latest market trends and corporate sales environment demands.

 

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and or Banking, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.

• Proven 5 years of experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a similar role.

• Professional certifications in sales training if relevant for the industry will be an added bonus.

• Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.

• Proficiency in e-learning platforms.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to design effective sales training programs.

• Ability to measure a sales employee's performance in achieving targets and goals set.

• Ability to motivate others to improve their skills.

• Outstanding coaching and sales skills.

• Excellent time management and customer service skills.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Great interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask as and when required.

Able to join immediately will be an advantage.
