Our client is a reputable firm in the Legal Professional Services industry. In order to support the company’s rapid growth and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Personal Assistant to Managing Partner.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the Managing Partner's calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (visas, accommodation, etc.).
- Keep accurate records of contacts, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure smooth communication.
- Oversee daily accounting functions including handling invoices, payments, and maintaining organized financial records.
- Manage office administration, including procurement, equipment maintenance, and upkeep of fixed assets.
- Provide general support by assisting with other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as Personal Assistant, with knowledge of basic accounting as an added advantage.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and possesses discretion and confidentiality.
