Our client is a reputable company in the financial services industry. In order to support the company’s expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for Data Governance Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive data management strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and enforce data standards, policies, and processes.
• Implement data governance, metadata management, and data quality processes.
• Ensure data integrity and promote data stewardship across the organization.

Job requirements

• Degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field; relevant certifications (DAMA-DMBOK, CDMP, DCAM) are a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in data governance or management, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality.
• Proficiency in data governance tools (data cataloging, security, privacy, and master data management).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player.
