We're partnering with a globally recognized consumer goods brand with a reputation for excellence, purpose-led growth, and long-term professional partnerships. They’re currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their Professional Channel team — a role that offers autonomy, regional impact, and the chance to work closely with a unique client base.

About the Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on growing a specialized B2B segment. This role is highly field-based and strategic — perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, analyzing data, and translating insights into action.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow professional partnerships through consistent field engagement (up to 80% travel)

  • Drive product distribution, customer acquisition, and demand forecasting

  • Develop and deliver education plans, seminars, and workshops for professional partners

  • Track KPIs and business metrics using a structured territory management approach

  • Work cross-functionally with customer service, marketing, and training teams

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Science, Business, or related field

  • 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG, healthcare, veterinary, or pharmaceutical industries

  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills

  • Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable with field-based work

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
