Job Description

Our client is a leading global manufacturing MNC. They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions within a global IT landscape. This role works closely with regional and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations and ongoing support across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including customization, integration, and data migration

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions (primarily Sales Cloud; Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud are a plus)

  • Support end-to-end Salesforce project delivery including blueprinting, gap analysis, configuration, and rollout

  • Maintain project documentation in line with internal IT standards

  • Support global Salesforce rollouts

  • Provide IT consultancy and application support to key users

  • Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve service tickets via service desk tools (e.g. BMC)

  • Collaborate with global/local key users and external vendors

  • Map and demonstrate business processes within Salesforce

  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and peer audits for internal teams and external vendors

  • Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge sharing sessions

  • Define and promote coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies

  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, QA, and global IT teams

  • Support global IT teams in defining the Salesforce application roadmap

  • Evaluate new technologies and innovations to drive additional business value

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information & Communication Technology or related field

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Flow Builder, Lightning)

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Agile methodologies, Git, and Azure DevOps (ADO)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder / Platform Developer I & II) are a plus

  • Mandarin language skills are a plus (to support China stakeholders)
