Job Summary

Our client, a global professional skincare brand within the beauty and wellness industry, is seeking an experienced Regional Education Manager – APAC to lead and elevate education strategy across the region.

This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in skin health and training, who is passionate about developing high-performing teams and driving impactful education initiatives across diverse markets. The position offers regional exposure, frequent travel, and the opportunity to shape education excellence in a fast-growing APAC landscape.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Education Specialists, aligning individual growth plans with overall business objectives
• Drive the execution of education strategies across multiple channels, including professional therapists, retail teams, and consumer education
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of education programs aligned with global standards
• Support and co-lead regional product and treatment launches, ensuring effective rollout and adoption across markets
• Strengthen distributor education capabilities by enhancing training standards and supporting localized strategy development
• Promote cross-market collaboration by sharing best practices and ensuring alignment of education goals across the region
• Oversee the modernization of education delivery, including in-person training, virtual platforms, and LMS systems
• Conduct regular market visits across APAC to deliver training, support local teams, and participate in regional/global initiatives

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Skin Health
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in training/education within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry
• Proven experience in team leadership and talent development
• Strong background working with a leading professional skincare or beauty brand
• Hands-on experience with advanced treatment protocols (e.g., microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels)
• Certification in training, teaching, or vocational education is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
• Experience with digital learning platforms, LMS tools, and virtual training delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
• Willingness to travel frequently across the APAC region
