Our client is a well-known retail chain. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, they are looking for a dynamic professional to join them as the Assistant General Manager, SAP Business Solutions.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the integration of SAP modules and other systems with business processes.
• Develop and execute system and process integration strategies aligned with business
objectives.
• Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of both SAP and non-SAP systems
across the organization.
• Lead system integration strategies for SAP (MM, FICO, Warehouse, IS-Retail/CAR) and non SAP systems.
• Oversee SAP architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and drive best practices for integration.
• Manage integration and transition projects, including resources, budget, and timelines.
• Review and approve project deliverables for quality and consistency.
• Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain integration documentation and best practices.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in SAP, system integration, and transition management.
• In-depth knowledge of IS-Retail/CAR, MM, FICO, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Proven success in large-scale integration projects and transition management.
• SAP certification and PMP preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems.
• Lead end-to-end SAP integration lifecycle (planning, development, deployment, monitoring,
maintenance, upgrades, support).
