Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-house corporate secretarial support across the Group, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and relevant statutory requirements.
- Manage Board, Shareholders’ and Management meetings, including agendas, notices, meeting papers, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and review board resolutions, minutes, corporate documents and correspondence.
- Support corporate exercises and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and properly maintained.
- Liaise with shareholders, auditors, regulators and external advisers on corporate secretarial matters.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance and secretarial matters to internal and regional stakeholders.
- Maintain statutory records and support document management and custodial functions within the secretarial department.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field, with MAICSA/ICSA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience from a professional firm, private limited or public listed company.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and relevant regulations.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Interested in developing corporate secretarial expertise with regional exposure.
