About the Role

We are looking for an AI Forward Deployment Engineer to drive AI adoption by developing practical AI solutions, improving business workflows, and enabling employees to use emerging technologies effectively. This role combines hands-on AI implementation, technology evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to deliver AI training and support wider digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and automation tools.

  • Develop and implement AI-powered applications, assistants, and automated workflows to address business needs.

  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency through AI.

  • Evaluate AI platforms, subscriptions, and vendor solutions, providing recommendations based on business needs, cost, and potential impact.

  • Conduct AI demonstrations, workshops, and training for employees and external stakeholders.

  • Advise management and business teams on AI adoption, emerging technologies, and suitable implementation approaches.

  • Promote responsible AI usage, considering data privacy, information security, and governance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in AI, software solutions, automation, or digital transformation.

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.

  • Experience implementing AI solutions, workflow automation, or system integrations is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive learner with a genuine interest in exploring and applying emerging AI technologies.

  • Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, AI governance, or data privacy is an added advantage.
