Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute merchandising strategies aimed at amplifying sales and achieving set targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of merchandising professionals, emphasizing strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of merchandising efforts with overarching business goals and emerging market trends.
- Conduct thorough analysis of sales metrics and customer feedback to fine-tune merchandising strategies for optimal effectiveness.
- Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders and vendors to bolster support for our business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of retail merchandising experience, showcasing strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic merchandising initiatives, coupled with proficiency in data analysis.
- Exceptional analytical prowess and strategic thinking capabilities.
