Our client is a well-known company within their industry. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager position. 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and analyse project development costs.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly/yearly reporting to the Head of Finance.
• Coordinate and lead finance team members to improve overall efficiency of the finance function.
• Manage cash flow and ensure month-end closing reporting compliance with Financial Reporting Standards.
• Maintain and complete monthly accounts on a timely basis.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other relevant bodies when required.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) is preferred and member of MIA.
• Minimum 5 years of preferably in property development or construction industry is required.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and Wiz Property System/ IFCA system will be added advantage.
• Good in analysis, detail-oriented, responsible, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently, and work well under pressure.
