Our client is a reputable company in the metaphysics industry. In order to support the company’s expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as IT Manager.

The IT Manager is tasked with managing IT operations, leading a dedicated team, handling infrastructure and projects, upholding security standards, and overseeing service accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring systems perform efficiently to meet the company’s objectives.

Responsibility:

• Lead the IT team by assigning responsibilities, providing support, and overseeing daily activities to maintain seamless operations.

• Supervise IT infrastructure components such as server management, networking, storage solutions, and domain servers.

• Manage software applications for both internal use and public access, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and performing routine updates.

• Drive IT projects by leading multiple initiatives to ensure timely completion, staying within scope, and aligning with business priorities.

• Oversee service subscriptions and vendor accounts, promoting efficient and cost-effective operations.

• Monitor and resolve issues within IT systems, focusing on performance, security, and reliability.

• Enforce strong security protocols to safeguard against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

• Experience in web administration is advantageous, contributing to the maintenance of web infrastructure.

• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure IT strategies are aligned with business needs and objectives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of team management experience and 5 years of IT operations.

• Experience in internal project management

• Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus.

• Programming language of Java, Bootstrap, Framework 4.0, Jquery

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Familiar with Visual basic, HTML, ASP Classic

• Proficiency in managing hardware, software, and network systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Able to join immediately will be an advantage
