Our client is a reputable company in the metaphysics industry. In order to support the company’s expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as IT Product Manager.

The role is to align business goals with technical execution, ensuring the software solutions deliver exceptional value to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic expertise, a robust technical foundation, and the capability to guide cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle.

Responsibility:

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with organizational goals and market demands, securing alignment from key stakeholders.

• Conduct thorough user research and feedback collection to design solutions that address real-world challenges and exceed user expectations.

• Drive collaboration among developers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality software products.

• Analyze performance metrics and user insights to inform prioritization, enhancements, and strategic decision-making.

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, encompassing ideation, planning, launch, continuous iteration, and eventual phase-out.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of software or technology products.

• Familiarity with software development processes, UI/UX principles, and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

• Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitor insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills to influence and align cross-functional teams effectively.

• Able to join immediately will be an advantage
