Our client is a well-established retail company. Currently, they are looking for an IT Manager to support their growing operations and digital transformation efforts.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with retail and business goals.

Oversee core systems: Xilnex POS, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, WMS, and central kitchen system.

Ensure seamless system integration across retail, logistics, and back-office.

Support omnichannel operations (in-store, online, mobile).

Lead IT initiatives for new store openings and tech rollouts.

Manage IT vendors and service providers.
-
Maintain data integrity and system efficiency; troubleshoot issues at the source.

Drive analytics for sales, inventory, and customer insights.

Build and lead a high-performing IT team.

Report IT performance and project updates to leadership.
Requirements:

Degree in IT or related field; Master’s a plus.

8+ years of IT leadership in retail or F&B.

Hands-on experience with POS, ERP, WMS, and integrations.

Strong in project and vendor management.

Familiar with omnichannel and e-commerce systems.

Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
