Job Summary
This role exists to lead and deliver innovation and renovation projects aligned with business strategy. The position drives excellence in project management and governance while acting as the key link between factory stakeholders and more than 20 regional and global markets.
Job Responsibilities
New Product Development (NPD) Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project management for innovation and renovation initiatives from ideation through implementation, delivering significant business value.
- Lead cross-functional project team meetings to define timelines, align stakeholders, and drive key decisions, actions, and issue resolution.
- Ensure projects are executed in line with agreed success criteria, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to internal project management and governance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain timely, accurate project communication and documentation.
- Act as the primary connector between Thailand network factories and markets across Southeast Asia, China, India, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Build strong stakeholder engagement and partnerships with regional and key markets, enabling collaboration with global teams.
Process Compliance and Governance
- Act as a gatekeeper for internal process guidelines to ensure right-first-time decision-making.
- Ensure consistent application of project governance standards.
- Partner with portfolio leaders to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Stakeholder & Business Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Factory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
- Drive alignment through structured meetings at various levels and frequencies.
- Proactively identify, highlight, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
- Apply strong business acumen and analytical skills to provide recommendations to business and project teams.
Job Requirements
- Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) with experience in project management, supply chain, or process implementation roles
- Proficient in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams or in a related field
- Prior project management experience preferred
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional and multinational projects
- Strong project management and governance capabilities
- High level of stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse teams and geographies
