About the Role

Our client, a well-established water services and utilities group, seeking an experienced ICT professional to oversee ICT systems, infrastructure, and services within a hospital environment, ensuring reliable operations, regulatory compliance, system security, and minimal disruption to hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ICT systems, infrastructure, maintenance programmes, and service delivery.

• Ensure timely and safe preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance with minimal disruption to hospital operations.

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, ICT standards, and relevant codes of practice.

• Monitor system testing, calibration, safety, security, and data integrity.

• Develop and implement ICT SOPs and provide training to relevant users and teams.

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, service providers, and key stakeholders to ensure effective ICT operations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Network, or equivalent.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant ICT experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, networking, systems, maintenance, and service management.

• Relevant ICT certifications are an advantage.

• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
