Our client is a well-known semiconductor manufacturing firm. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Customer Service Engineer.
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting customers on-site on wire-bond / die-bonding activities.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers.
- Handle technical issues and provide feedback to the factory / engineering team to find a solution for customers.
- Support factory on site retrofits when necessary.
- Support business unit on any new consumable tool evaluation and qualification at customers site.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or in a relevant field.
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experiences in the semiconductor field environment.
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong capabilities in managing and engaging customers.
- Independent, and may have to work out of regular hours when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge in customer support.
