SENIOR MANAGER, ICT

Responsibilities

1. Act as liaison officer for TRIplc's Z1P3 ICT systems and services.

2. Monitor and ensure the implementation of comprehensive ICT maintenance programmes,

including predictive, preventive/planned, and reactive/corrective maintenance, both

scheduled and unscheduled.

3. Ensure uninterrupted hospital operations, particularly in critical areas, by minimising

disruptions arising from ICT maintenance activities, installations, or equipment failures.

4. Ensure unscheduled maintenance is carried out safely, within the required response time,

and with minimal disruption to users, based on the applicable damage/severity level.

5. Ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian statutory requirements, including SKMM

requirements, Malaysian Standards (MS), Codes of Practice, EIA/TIA standards, and other

standards approved by UiTM.

6. Conduct periodic testing, calibration, and safety checks of ICT systems and equipment in

accordance with applicable statutory requirements and regulations.

7. Ensure the safety, security, and integrity of ICT systems and data.

8. Propose, review, and ensure the implementation of new and existing ICT SOPs, particularly

those affecting users.

9. Provide training, where required, to the ICT Team, TRIplc staff, and UiTM personnel on the

use and operation of ICT systems.

10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director of TRIplc,

Facility Manager, or Senior Management of the Holding Company.

The ICT systems at Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah include, but are not limited to:

• Structured cabling infrastructure, including UTP and fibre-optic cables, equipment racks,

and accessories.

• Networking systems, including core, distribution and edge switches, wireless systems, and

network management systems.

• ICT hardware and related systems, including servers, software, UPS, CCTV, IP-PABX, and card

access systems.

• Hospital system applications, including Concession Agreement Maintenance Software

(CAMS) and Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Qualification Required

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Network or its equivalent - MUST

HAVE

2. Possess other specialized certifications to may add value to job application.

Related Experience

1. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years in a

leadership role.

2. Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Civil Engineer to lead and oversee technical aspects of water infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in planning, design review, project implementation, asset management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide technical leadership and engineering support for water infrastructure projects.

 Review engineering designs, technical proposals, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

 Manage and coordinate project development activities from planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover stages.

 Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

 Liaise with consultants, contractors, government agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders on technical matters.

 Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, due diligence, and risk assessments for proposed projects.

 Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and performance to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

 Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and/or Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC) will be an added advantage.

 Membership with the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) is preferred.

Experience

 Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, project management, or technical management.

 Proven experience in the water industry is essential.

 Experience in planning, design, construction, operation, or maintenance of water treatment plants, water treatment facilities, reservoirs, pipelines, pumping stations, or related infrastructure.

 Experience working with water operators, utilities, engineering consultants, contractors, or government agencies involved in water services is an added advantage.

 Acceptable of knowledge on regulatory requirements and industry standards governed by SPAN, state water authorities or related agencies in particular Sabah or Sarawak will be an added advantage.

 Experience in managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

SENIOR MANAGER, HR & ADMINISTRATION

We are looking potential candidate to be responsible in full spectrum of Human Resource

and administrative functions. Successful candidate will be based at Sungai Penchala, KL.

You will play an important role in :-

• Manage, oversee and administer the full spectrum of Human Resource and

administrative functions that include recruitment, employee engagement,

performance management, training & development and Industrial Relation (IR)

related matters.

• Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labor Laws, immigration regulations, industrial

relations requirements and statutory obligations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD,

minimum wages order, etc)

• Responsible for preparing and monitoring the department budget including the

control of manpower budget and HR internal equity.

• Act as subject matter for Human Resource and provide advice to the

management on the best practice and any relevant requirements set by the

regulator.

• Partnering with the operation team to increase human capital productivity and

resolving issues relating to human resource matters.

• Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and

Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

 Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya or equivalent qualification.

 Master's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related discipline will be an added advantage.

Experience

 Minimum 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice and/or corporate legal environment.

 At least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial capacity.

 Experience handling corporate, commercial, regulatory, governance, litigation, and compliance matters.

 Candidates with prior experience as a practising advocate and solicitor, particularly in corporate, litigation, dispute resolution, and court proceedings, are highly encouraged to apply.
