SENIOR MANAGER, ICT
Responsibilities
1. Act as liaison officer for TRIplc's Z1P3 ICT systems and services.
2. Monitor and ensure the implementation of comprehensive ICT maintenance programmes,
including predictive, preventive/planned, and reactive/corrective maintenance, both
scheduled and unscheduled.
3. Ensure uninterrupted hospital operations, particularly in critical areas, by minimising
disruptions arising from ICT maintenance activities, installations, or equipment failures.
4. Ensure unscheduled maintenance is carried out safely, within the required response time,
and with minimal disruption to users, based on the applicable damage/severity level.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian statutory requirements, including SKMM
requirements, Malaysian Standards (MS), Codes of Practice, EIA/TIA standards, and other
standards approved by UiTM.
6. Conduct periodic testing, calibration, and safety checks of ICT systems and equipment in
accordance with applicable statutory requirements and regulations.
7. Ensure the safety, security, and integrity of ICT systems and data.
8. Propose, review, and ensure the implementation of new and existing ICT SOPs, particularly
those affecting users.
9. Provide training, where required, to the ICT Team, TRIplc staff, and UiTM personnel on the
use and operation of ICT systems.
10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director of TRIplc,
Facility Manager, or Senior Management of the Holding Company.
The ICT systems at Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah include, but are not limited to:
• Structured cabling infrastructure, including UTP and fibre-optic cables, equipment racks,
and accessories.
• Networking systems, including core, distribution and edge switches, wireless systems, and
network management systems.
• ICT hardware and related systems, including servers, software, UPS, CCTV, IP-PABX, and card
access systems.
• Hospital system applications, including Concession Agreement Maintenance Software
(CAMS) and Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Qualification Required
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Network or its equivalent - MUST
HAVE
2. Possess other specialized certifications to may add value to job application.
Related Experience
1. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years in a
leadership role.
2. Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage

1. Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication.
2. Ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels, both within and
outside the organisation.
3. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
4. Good knowledge of ICT infrastructure, systems, maintenance, and service
management.
