Job Description
Our client is a reputable company in the IT Digital industry. In order to support the company’s expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as Senior Talent Acquisition.
Responsibility:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Utilized various sourcing methods, including external partners, job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opening
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to supplement internal recruitment efforts as needed
- Conduct meetings with hiring managers and departments heads to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
- Lead employer brand initiatives (internal activity).
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay (spoken & written)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment or HR related roles, with at least 1.5 years within the same company
- Result – oriented with growth mindset & able to recover from setbacks quickly.
- Strong sense of collaboration, highly attentive to nuances in communication & identifying talents
- Previous experience with Google workspace and Microsoft office.
