Overview:
A leading multinational FMCG company is seeking an Omnichannel Manager to drive seamless integration between physical retail, e-commerce, and digital platforms. As consumer behavior evolves, this role ensures consistent, convenient, and engaging experiences across all touchpoints in the customer's journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a robust omnichannel strategy that connects online and offline brand experiences.

Drive Online-to-Offline (O2O) initiatives like Click-and-Collect, Loyalty Programs, etc.

Utilize shopper insights to create business strategies that address emerging consumer needs.

Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to roll out omnichannel trade terms and campaigns.

Support training and coaching for sales partners and retail stakeholders on omnichannel engagement.
Customer Journey & Digital Alignment

Map and improve the pet owner's end-to-end journey across all sales and engagement channels.

Work with CRM and Digital Marketing functions to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences.

Ensure digital campaigns are integrated with retail activations and maintain brand consistency.
Channel Integration & Stakeholder Collaboration

Bridge gaps between physical stores, e-commerce, and digital engagement tools.

Standardize pricing, promotions, and service levels across all platforms.

Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., agencies, platforms, tech vendors) for successful project execution.
Performance & Innovation

Define and track KPIs around customer retention, omnichannel conversion, and overall business impact.

Provide performance reporting and continuously seek improvement opportunities.

Stay abreast of evolving trends and technologies in omnichannel commerce.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

3+ years experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or digital/omnichannel roles.

Strong understanding of retail and eCommerce landscapes.

Skilled in data analysis and digital integration strategies.

Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Prior experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) is a plus.

Passion for pets or pet nutrition is an advantage.

Willing to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
