Job Description

Our client is a reputable company in the E Commerce (Wellness & Beauty) industry. In order to support the company’s expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as Talent Acquisition Executive.

Responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development process to ensure we have the right calibre employees to support business growth and succession planning.

Responsibility:

• Co-ordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agencies on service fees and placement of recruitment advertisements.

• Assists to screen and short-list candidates for Management's consideration.

• Schedules interview appointments and conducts interviews.

• Prepares letters of offer to selected candidates.

• Conducts exit interviews.

• Manage mass recruitment/high volume hiring effectively.

• Responsible for all spectrum of the recruitment process such as screening and evaluating job application, sourcing, job advertising, interviewing and employment contract to select the right candidates.

• Be able to do one-on-one interviews and handle group interviews as well.

• Planning and manage the orientation to the new hires on first-day on-board.

• Coordinate with HODs / Hiring Managers on every new hiring request.

• Support recruitment activities, for instance, job fairs, open house and career expo.

• Handle administrative works relevant to the recruitment process.

• Other Recruitment related tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Minimum experience 3 years of experience in Recruitment field.

• Required language: English, Bahasa & Mandarin

• Computer literacy is necessary.

• Willing to work hard and under pressure.

• Able to work in a team and independently.

• Highly responsible and motivated.

• Background from a recruitment agency is advantageous.

• Good communication skills.
