Job Description
Our client is a leading beverage company is seeking a hands-on Planned Maintenance Manager to lead its maintenance team, ensuring world-class reliability, safety, and performance across all production assets.
You will drive technical excellence, develop team capability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through TPM, 5S, and structured maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all maintenance and legal tasks are executed safely and on schedule.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance with quality and efficiency.
- Manage work preparation, tagging, and emergency material readiness.
- Lead, coach, and develop technicians; manage performance, skills, and certifications.
- Coordinate handovers between maintenance, operations, and planning teams.
- Optimize preventive maintenance routines (CILT, PM tasks, overhauls).
- Implement 5S, Visual Management, and structured fault-finding.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCFA) and support autonomous maintenance.
- Ensure accurate CMMS data entry and closure.
- Track and use maintenance KPIs (MTTR, job productivity) to drive improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in maintenance planning and execution, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of 5S, TPM, and autonomous maintenance.
- Proficient in CMMS and maintenance workflow management.
- Experienced in CILT, PM tasks, and managing work prep rooms.
- Safety-driven, results-oriented, collaborative, and a strong communicator.
